Skilled monitoring personnel
Monitoring personnel are trained in accordance with best practice guidelines for emergency response dispatch to minimize the trauma subscribers may experience during an emergency and properly coordinate the delivery of care, as needed.

Multilingual capability
The Response Center maintains a 24-hour bilingual staff to meet the diverse needs of our population. In addition to English-and Spanish-speaking agents, language translation services make it possible to communicate with subscribers in any language.
Telephone line monitors
Telephone line monitors are used to detect and notify personnel when incoming phone lines are out of order to improve service availability.
Phone service redundancy
Multiple carriers provide phone service to the monitoring centers to improve service accessibility and connectivity.
Event and audio recording
We automatically record and digitally archive all phone interactions for quality assurance and review.
